Deliverables Upon Acceptance of the Speaking Engagement
• Speaker & Session Details
• Title & short abstract for your session (not needed if you are a panellist or moderator)
• A picture of yourself (hi-res jpeg)
• Your exact job title
• A short bio (Max 300 characters)
• Company logo (hi-res, .png)
Deliverables should be sent directly to the conference producer.
Deliverables 1 Week before the event
Send slides in .ppt and .pdf wide format (not needed if you are a panellist or moderator).
N.B. You are not required to use a specific template for your slides.
QG Media normally provides all presentations to conference attendees electronically after the conference in .pdf format. If you are not allowed to distribute the presentation, please let us know.
