He excels at aligning global security architecture, SOC operations, and risk-based controls with strategic business goals, while driving team development and strong executive communication.

Mandy Andress is the CISO at Elastic, bringing over two decades of global cybersecurity leadership. A published author and UMass Amherst adjunct faculty member, she advises several prominent venture capital funds, including Team8 and YL Ventures.
